In 2016, we started HARi as a CRM consultancy in Hong Kong. We helped restaurants, retailers, and service companies adopt customer relationship management. We worked with Dynamics, customized Salesforce, and integrated dozens of tools.
After eight years, we had a clear picture of what was broken.
The problem with every CRM we tried
They’re built for enterprises, sold to SMEs. Salesforce assumes you have a dedicated admin. HubSpot assumes you’ll pay $100/seat once you’re hooked. Pipedrive assumes sales is your only process.
They charge per head. A 20-person team pays 20x. A 50-person team pays 50x. In the AI era — where AI replaces repetitive work — charging per human makes no sense.
AI is always an add-on. Einstein costs extra. HubSpot’s Breeze is on paid tiers only. Pipedrive has no AI at all. The most transformative technology in decades is gated behind enterprise pricing.
Customization requires developers. Want a “Properties” entity? Hire a Salesforce consultant. Want a custom workflow? Learn Apex. Most SMEs don’t have developers on staff.
What we built instead
HARi CRM is the CRM we wished existed when we were consulting:
- AI is built in, not bolted on. Every plan gets enrichment, scoring, AI-powered workflows.
- One price for your whole team. HK$1,990/month. No per-seat fees. Add your entire company.
- Custom entities without code. Create “Properties”, “Cases”, or “Vehicles” in seconds — via the UI, not developers.
- Operational, not just sales. Invoicing, tasks, workflows, templates, multi-channel inbox — one platform.
The technical bet
We built on a metadata-driven architecture. Entities, fields, relations, workflows — everything is stored as data, not hardcoded. This means:
- Customers can customize without our involvement
- AI agents can read and modify the schema via API
- We deploy new features without touching customer data
It’s the same architectural principle as Salesforce’s platform, but without the complexity and cost.
What’s next
We’re launching in beta now. 14-day free trial, no credit card. If you’ve been looking for a CRM that doesn’t charge you for growing your team, give HARi a try.
We’d love your feedback.
