Our fair use philosophy

AI and email are included with your workspace at no extra cost, and you are never billed per email. Each plan comes with a monthly sending allowance for HARi's built-in email delivery — about 100 emails a month plus 10 a day on the free tier, and about 2,000 a month on a paid plan. That allowance is shared with your AI usage, so it's one simple balance to watch, not a matrix of separate quotas.

Prefer to send at scale? Connect your own mailbox — Microsoft 365, SMTP, or your own provider — and your sending is unlimited and never counts against the allowance. We simply pace it at your account's own safe sending rate so your domain reputation stays healthy. No caps, no per-email charges.

The built-in allowance exists to keep our shared delivery healthy for everyone — not to nickel-and-dime you. When you reach a cap, nothing breaks and you get no surprise bill: sending simply pauses and resumes automatically next period, the next day, or the moment you top up. A campaign even tells you in advance if it won't all fit in one go, and still lets you launch.

Why an allowance instead of metering? We're honest: it lets a brand-new workspace send from HARi on day one with nothing to configure, while protecting shared infrastructure from abuse. Need real volume, on your terms? Bring your own mailbox — then your sending is entirely your own.

Why no per-seat pricing?
Per-seat pricing punishes companies for growing. In the AI era, it makes even less sense — AI does work that humans used to do, so charging per head is misaligned with value. We charge for the workspace, not the headcount.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, full access, no credit card required. Your entire team can use all features during the trial. If you need more time, just ask.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. HK$1,990/month is the total price. No onboarding fees, no add-on charges, no "contact sales for pricing" walls. What you see is what you pay.
How many emails can I send?
Through HARi's built-in email delivery, each plan includes a monthly sending allowance — about 100 emails a month plus 10 a day on the free tier, and about 2,000 a month on a paid plan — shared with your AI usage. You're never billed per email. If you want to send more, connect your own mailbox (Microsoft 365, SMTP, or your provider) and your volume is unlimited, never counted against the allowance; HARi just paces it at your account's safe sending rate. What happens when I cancel?
Cancel anytime — no annual contracts, no penalties. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything (SQL or CSV) before or after. We believe customers should stay because the product helps them, not because they're locked in.
Is there a limit on records or storage?
Records are unlimited. File storage is generous — if you're approaching limits, we'll let you know and work with you. We're not interested in nickel-and-diming storage.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point a CNAME record to your HARi workspace and your team accesses the CRM at crm.yourcompany.com. SSL is handled automatically.
Where is my data stored?
Each workspace gets its own dedicated database — your data is never mixed with other customers. Infrastructure is hosted in Europe. You can export your full database anytime.
