HubSpot is the right call when…
- You need the full Hubs suite. Marketing Hub + Sales Hub + Service Hub + CMS Hub + Content Hub — if you'll genuinely use four or more, the integrated story is compelling. HARi is just a CRM; it doesn't pretend to be a CMS.
- Marketing automation is your core use case. HubSpot's Marketing Hub is best-in-class: landing pages, lead scoring models, attribution reporting, A/B testing, ad management, email at scale. If your growth engine is marketing-led (not sales-led), HubSpot is the right pick.
- You have an existing HubSpot partner / integrator. The HubSpot partner ecosystem is the largest of any CRM — if you already have a Solutions Partner building custom integrations, staying on HubSpot keeps that work.
- Global team with US HQ. HubSpot's support, documentation, training, and partner coverage are strongest in North America. If that's your main market, the local fit matters.
- The free tier genuinely fits you. 2 users, HubSpot-branded emails, no workflows, capped reporting — if you live within those limits, $0 beats HK$1,990. We're honest about this.
- You're comfortable with enterprise pricing. If you can happily write a 5-figure annual PO to a CRM vendor and get enterprise support in return, HubSpot Professional or Enterprise is a defensible choice.

- You want to skip the onboarding fee. HubSpot Pro/Enterprise plans include mandatory onboarding (typically US$1,500–7,000 one-time, plus local HK partner fees of HK$30–80k for bespoke setups). HARi is self-serve — signup to seeded workspace in under a minute.
- WhatsApp is your primary channel. HARi speaks WhatsApp natively (shipping Q2 2026) — HK numbers, templates, unified inbox. HubSpot's WhatsApp requires a BSP add-on or partner integration with separate per-conversation pricing.

Questions teams ask before switching
Can I migrate my HubSpot data to HARi?
Yes. Export your HubSpot objects as CSV (Settings → Import & Export → Export all data), then use HARi's CSV import for each entity — contacts, companies, deals, any custom objects you created. Associations are preserved when you export the related IDs. For workflows, recreate them in HARi's visual workflow editor (most SMEs only have a handful). A typical HubSpot→HARi migration takes an afternoon for a 10,000-contact tenant.
Does HARi have marketing automation like HubSpot Marketing Hub?
No — HARi is focused on CRM and sales operations. We have email workflows (send, follow-up, trigger-based sequences) but we don't have the full marketing suite HubSpot offers (landing pages, ad management, A/B testing, attribution reporting, lead scoring models, CMS). If deep marketing automation is your primary need, HubSpot Marketing Hub is the better fit. If you mainly need CRM + sales + ops with basic email campaigns, HARi covers that at a fraction of the cost.
Is HARi cheaper than HubSpot's free tier?
"Free" is free — we're not trying to compete at zero. HubSpot's free CRM is genuinely useful if you stay within its caps (2 users, HubSpot branding on emails, limited reporting, no workflows). The problem is that most teams outgrow those caps within 3-6 months, and the jump to Sales Hub Professional is ~US$90/seat/mo — a real step change. HARi's HK$1,990/mo flat is designed for that "we outgrew free and can't stomach US$90/seat" moment.
Does HARi have a service / ticketing module like HubSpot Service Hub?
Not yet — service/ticketing is on the roadmap but not shipped. If you need a help-desk product today (tickets, SLAs, customer portal, knowledge base), stay on HubSpot Service Hub or use a dedicated tool like Freshdesk or Zendesk. HARi focuses on CRM + sales + email workflows. When service ships, it will be included in the flat HK$1,990 price, not a separate "Hub".
What about WhatsApp Business?
HARi's WhatsApp integration — via Meta Tech Provider — ships Q2 2026. You'll be able to send and receive messages, use templates, and have conversations flow into the unified inbox with the same HK number your team already uses. HubSpot's WhatsApp support today is through BSP (Business Service Provider) partners or paid add-ons; setup is more involved and costs extra on top of the seat price.
