AI Data Enrichment
HARi uses AI to research and fill in missing information on your records, so you spend less time on data entry and more time selling.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”When you trigger enrichment on a contact or company, HARi’s AI:
- Takes the information you already have (name, email, company, website)
- Searches public sources to find missing details
- Fills in the blanks: job title, company size, industry, LinkedIn URL, phone number, and more
- Marks each enriched field so you can see what was found vs. what you entered
You stay in control. Enriched data is highlighted and you can accept, edit, or discard each suggestion.
What data can be enriched
Section titled “What data can be enriched”Contacts:
- Job title and role
- LinkedIn profile URL
- Phone number
- Company association (if only an email domain is known)
Companies:
- Industry and sector
- Employee count range
- Website and social profiles
- Headquarters location
- Brief company description
Ways to trigger enrichment
Section titled “Ways to trigger enrichment”Manual enrichment
Section titled “Manual enrichment”Open any record and click Enrich with AI in the toolbar. Results appear in seconds.
Bulk enrichment
Section titled “Bulk enrichment”Select multiple records in table view, then choose Enrich with AI from the bulk actions menu. Records are processed in the background; you will be notified when enrichment is complete.
Workflow-triggered enrichment
Section titled “Workflow-triggered enrichment”Add an “AI Enrich” action to any workflow. Common examples:
- When a lead is created from the Chrome extension then AI enrich the contact
- When a contact is imported via CSV then AI enrich all new records
- When a deal moves to “Qualified” then re-enrich the associated company
Fair use policy
Section titled “Fair use policy”AI enrichment is included in every HARi workspace at no extra cost. To keep the service fast for everyone:
- Manual enrichment: unlimited
- Bulk enrichment: up to 500 records per batch
- Workflow-triggered: up to 2,000 enrichments per day per workspace

Data accuracy
Section titled “Data accuracy”AI enrichment draws from publicly available information. Results are generally accurate but not guaranteed. We recommend reviewing enriched data before using it in outreach campaigns.
HARi never shares your CRM data with third parties. Enrichment queries are processed through our secure AI pipeline and are not stored or used for training.
