Inviting Your Team
Inviting Your Team
Section titled “Inviting Your Team”HARi CRM includes unlimited users at no extra cost. Your entire team can work together without worrying about per-seat fees. Every workspace subscription (HK$1,990/month) covers as many users as you need.
Adding a New Team Member
Section titled “Adding a New Team Member”- Go to Settings > Users
- Click New User
- Fill in their name and email address
- Select a role (Admin or Member)
- Assign a permission profile to control what they can see and do
- Click Save
The new user will receive an email invitation with a link to set their password and log in.
HARi has two built-in roles:
- Admin — Full access to all settings, entities, workflows, and user management. Admins can create and modify entities, configure workflows, and manage other users.
- Member — Standard access. What a member can see and do depends on their assigned permission profile.
You need at least one admin in your workspace. We recommend keeping the admin count small (1-3 people) and using permission profiles for everyone else.
Permission Profiles
Section titled “Permission Profiles”Permission profiles give you fine-grained control over what each user can access. A profile defines:
- Which entities the user can see (e.g. Contacts, Opportunities, but not Invoices)
- What actions they can perform on each entity (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
- Record-level access — Can they see all records, only their own, or records from their team?
Setting Up a Permission Profile
Section titled “Setting Up a Permission Profile”- Go to Settings > Permission Profiles
- Click New Profile and give it a descriptive name (e.g. “Sales Rep”, “Marketing”, “Finance”)
- For each entity, toggle the allowed actions (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
- Set the record scope: All, Own, or Team
- Save the profile
You can assign the same profile to multiple users. When you update a profile, the changes apply to all users with that profile immediately.
Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”- Create a “Sales Rep” profile with access to Contacts, Companies, Opportunities, and Activities
- Create a “Manager” profile with the same access plus reporting and bulk operations
- Keep Invoicing and Settings restricted to admins or a dedicated “Finance” profile
Next Steps
Section titled “Next Steps”- Set Up Role Permissions for detailed RBAC configuration
- Add a User for the quick reference on user creation
- Customizing Your Dashboard so each team member sees what matters to them
