What Is an AI-Native CRM?

An AI-native CRM is a CRM where artificial intelligence is built into the core architecture from day one — not added later as a plugin or upgrade. The difference matters because it changes what AI can actually do for you.

Most established CRMs were built years ago without AI in mind. When they add AI features, those features sit on top of the existing system like an accessory:

AI bolted on (traditional CRMs):

  • AI features are separate add-ons, often at extra cost
