What it will do
Section titled “What it will do”The Google Calendar integration syncs your meetings and events with HARi, so every customer interaction is automatically logged in your CRM.
Planned features
Section titled “Planned features”- Two-way sync: events created in HARi appear in Google Calendar and vice versa
- Auto-link to contacts: meetings with CRM contacts are automatically linked to their records
- Activity logging: completed meetings are logged as activities on contact and opportunity records
- Meeting creation from CRM: schedule a meeting from a contact record with attendee emails pre-filled
- Availability check: see your calendar availability when scheduling from HARi
How it will work
Section titled “How it will work”- Go to Settings > Integrations > Google Calendar
- Click Connect with Google
- Authorize HARi to access your Google Calendar
- Choose which calendars to sync
- Events start syncing automatically
What data will sync

Use cases
Section titled “Use cases”- Before a sales call: open the contact record to see their full history, then join the meeting from the linked calendar event
- After a meeting: log the outcome and next steps directly on the contact record
- Pipeline review: see upcoming meetings for all deals in your pipeline
