AI Assistant

The AI Assistant answering a workflow question inside HARi CRM

Every CRM has a learning curve. HARi shortens it to zero with a built-in AI assistant that already knows how your workspace is configured and has read every help article, troubleshooting guide, and how-to we publish.

Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page. Ask in plain language. Get a precise answer in seconds.

Most CRM chat widgets link you to a generic FAQ or connect you to a human queue. HARi’s assistant is different:

It knows your actual setup. It reads the entities, fields, and relations you’ve configured — not a generic template. When you ask “what fields are on my contact form?”, it lists your fields, not a demo.

It reads the full documentation. Every feature guide, troubleshooting article, integration doc, and how-to on this site is available to the assistant. When you ask “how do I set up a workflow?”, you get the same step-by-step instructions as the docs — without leaving the app.

It speaks your language. Ask in English, get English. Ask in Chinese, get Chinese. No setting to change — it detects automatically.

Nothing to install or pay for. No API key, no third-party subscription, no Chrome extension. Every HARi workspace gets it out of the box.

Here’s what happens when you ask real questions:

Go to Settings > Schema, select the entity, click the Fields tab, then New Field. Choose a type (Text, Number, Date, Currency, Lookup, etc.), set the label, and save. The field appears immediately on forms, lists, and filters. Drag fields in the Form tab to reorder them.

”My workflow is not firing — what’s wrong?”

  1. Check Settings > Workflows — is the status Active (not Draft)?
  2. Does the WHEN trigger match the exact event? “Field Changed” needs the value to actually change.
  3. Review the IF conditions — all must be true.
  4. Check the Workflow Execution Log on the record page — it shows what happened.
  5. Workflows are not retroactive — they only fire on events after activation.

Zapier — connect to 6,000+ apps (Gmail, Slack, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, Google Sheets). Chrome Extension — capture leads from LinkedIn, view contacts from any webpage. WhatsApp Business — coming soon: send/receive messages linked to contacts.

”How should I set up HARi for a trading company?”

The assistant combines schema knowledge with industry context to suggest entity structures, pipeline stages, and field configurations tailored to your business type.

  1. You type a question
  2. HARi searches 180+ help articles to find the most relevant ones
  3. Your workspace schema (entity names, field types, relations) is loaded
  4. Both are sent to the AI along with your question
  5. You get an answer grounded in real documentation and your actual configuration

The assistant does not have access to your business data (contact names, deal values, email content) unless you include it in your question. It sees structure, not records.

The assistant is not just a help bot — it’s designed to be your operational co-pilot:

  • Answer questions about features, setup, and troubleshooting
  • Read your schema — entities, fields, relations, pipeline stages
  • Search your records — find contacts, deals, tasks by name or criteria
  • Create and update records — add a contact, log an activity, update a deal stage
  • Build solutions — create new entities, add fields, set up workflows, configure pipelines
  • Manage your workspace — users, permissions, email settings, integrations
  • Work in any language — responds in the language you write in

Every action that modifies data goes through the same permission system as the rest of HARi. The assistant can only do what your user role allows — if you can’t delete records in the UI, the assistant can’t either.

Before any action that changes data, the assistant asks for your confirmation. It never modifies records silently.

The assistant is the sparkle icon button in the bottom-right corner of every page in HARi. It’s always there, on every screen — dashboard, contact list, record view, settings. Click it, ask your question, and close it when you’re done. Your conversation persists within the session.
